The Landlord Assurance Program
The Landlord Assurance Program is a brand new service developed by IRC, Inc. Our inventive staff has created yet another product that is not available anywhere else. This program enhances the landlords peace of mind by guaranteeing up to two months of rent will be paid if a tenant defaults. This program is provided FREE in conjunction with a tenant background check. IRC, Inc will perform a criminal record search, eviction record search, sex offender search, employment verification, current/previous landlord reference and of course a tenant credit report. The result of these services are compiled into a scoring system from which an approval certificate may provided to the landlord. This program is designed in such a way that a landlord does not have to obtain a costly on-site inspection in order to get credit information on a tenant. The price is actually less than an inspection for credit reports, and can be passed on to the tenant.
